Qualifications

• 0-2 years PQE with experience or a strong interest in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Confident managing their own caseload and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• A collaborative team player who can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Experience in development or regeneration work would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Join a Real Estate team with exposure to acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant, development, finance, and corporate support.
• Work with a diverse client base including developers, investors, retailers, lenders, renewables, healthcare.
• Handle a range of work from multi-million-pound transactions to bespoke advisory matters.
• Take on a client-facing role early, building relationships and commercial awareness.
• Collaborate in a high-performing team with knowledge sharing and career progression.
• Develop expertise across national and cross-border real estate matters.
• Manage your own caseload while learning from experienced specialists.
