Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
• Experience handling quality commercial real estate transactions and file management.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills for landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Handle broad commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant, leases, financing and asset management.
• Support clients such as developers, investors, funders and owner-occupiers with high-quality advice.
• Contribute to a collaborative, partner-led team and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
