Qualifications

3+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate law.
Experience handling quality commercial real estate transactions and file management.
Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills for landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

Handle broad commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, landlord & tenant, leases, financing and asset management.
Support clients such as developers, investors, funders and owner-occupiers with high-quality advice.
Contribute to a collaborative, partner-led team and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
