I’m working with a leading UK law firm looking to add an NQ–2 PQE Commercial Real Estate Solicitor/Associate to its growing team in Leeds or Manchester.

This would suit someone who has trained or qualified into commercial property and wants high-quality transactional work, early client exposure and plenty of responsibility, with strong support and development around them.

The role will cover a broad mix of:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development and general commercial property matters
• Work for major public sector and healthcare clients

Previous healthcare or public sector experience would be useful, although the main priority is a strong grounding in commercial real estate.
