Qualifications
- Experience building financial models for operating assets and development projects.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Argus software and real estate investment analysis.
- Experience with AI tools for analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and enhance financial models for assets and projects.
- Evaluate leasing, capex, financing and development scenarios.
- Support business planning, budgeting and investment analysis.
- Coordinate with asset managers, leasing, finance and capital markets.
- Prepare strategic recommendations for management and investors.
- Assist in quarterly reporting and performance analysis.
