Job summary

Madison Berkeley is seeking an Analyst to support the Asset Management team's financial underwriting and ongoing analysis of a large office portfolio. You will build models, run valuations, and help inform strategic decisions across asset lifecycles.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capability and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with multiple teams including leasing, finance and legal.

• Advanced Excel financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and own detailed financial models across scenarios.
• Perform complex financial analysis and valuations.
• Model leasing strategies, operating performance and capex impacts on returns.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and sensitivity analyses.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support quarterly valuation processes and board reporting.
• Summarise market data and assist with business plan presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence for disposals, financings and recapitalisations.
• Collaborate with asset management, development, leasing, finance and legal teams.
