Blackstone seeks an Analyst in Real Estate – Asset Management in New York to support post‑acquisition activities including restructurings, refinancings, and value‑enhancement projects across platforms. You will develop financial models, analyze investment options, and assist in negotiations with external advisors and leaders.

This role offers exposure to multiple equity and debt strategies within a global platform and requires strong accounting, finance, and economics understanding plus sound

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, or finance.
• Strong academic record and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (go-forward returns, next buyer models, DCFs).
• Support investment, financing, capital and sale decisions with analyses.
• Real estate valuation analyses.
• Assist due diligence and transaction execution under senior direction.
• Prepare materials for deal counterparties and platform leadership.
• Attend site tours and assist in negotiations.
• Develop investment budgets, strategic plans, and asset valuations.
• Track portfolio performance and prepare recurring reports.
• Excel financial modeling and drafting memoranda.
• Conduct market research and data analysis.
