Mackenzie Stuart have been engaged by a leading Real Estate firm to recruit a Finance Associate for their London office. The role supports portfolio and property-level analysis to enable senior leadership to make data-driven decisions.

You will develop financial models in Power BI and Anaplan, perform variance analysis, and deliver quarterly performance reporting. The team collaborates cross-functionally to translate data into strategic insights for the portfolio.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of FP&A or real estate finance experience.
• Advanced Power BI and Anaplan proficiency; strong Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support property-level budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models using Power BI and Anaplan to track portfolio performance.
• Conduct financial statement reviews at property, operator and portfolio levels.
• Deliver operational analysis to drive portfolio outcomes.
• Prepare quarterly financial performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into insights.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis as priorities require.
