We're a well-established and highly regarded real estate investment and management firm, based in the heart of Central London. With a growing portfolio and ambitious plans, we're looking for a sharp, confident, and well-organised Real Estate Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in residential or commercial property administration - ideally within an agency setting.
You'll support our fast-paced transactions team across residential and commercial deals. Your role will be varied, dynamic, and integral to the smooth running of the business. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating property sales and acquisitions
Liaising with agents, surveyors, and solicitors
Managing documentation, compliance, and tenancy records
Organising viewings and handling purchaser enquiries
Supporting lease management, insurance claims, and legal documentation
Assisting with rent reviews and new lettings
1-2 years' experience in a property admin role (residential/commercial agency preferred)
Detail-focused, organised, and efficient
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Professional, proactive, and dependable
Keen to build a long-term career with training and progression
