Description

We’re hiring an innovative, highly organized Real Estate Group Manager to help our team of real estate agents truly care for clients from start to finish (and beyond) in the home buying and selling process. Do you LOVE getting into the details and organizing each facet? This is for you!

Additionally, utilizing marketing skills and social media to build brand awareness and elevate our online presence, and develop a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms. Responsibilities
  1. Listings
  2. Make Appointments
  3. Place listings on personal website and social media accounts
  4. Create flyers (using Microsoft Publisher or Canva) to organize details about homes, photos, and arrange them clearly for prospective buyers
  5. Schedule open houses (2-4 on Sunday afternoons) and put up directional signs prior to the open house
  1. Buyer Duties
  2. Make appointments for showings
  3. Secure Buyer Agreements
  1. Marketing and Administrative Tasks
  2. Manage website administration (minimal requirements)
  3. Lead generation and execution on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  4. Coordinate client feedback and communications
  5. Answer phone inquiries about listings
  6. Handle administrative overflow and send referral thank you letters
  7. Maintain online vendor list website (password protected)
  8. Update mailing lists and send direct mail marketing postcards with photos
  9. Work with the team to establish and enhance our online brand identity
  10. Create and manage a digital content strategy across social media platforms, planning monthly posts and monitoring engagement
  11. Identify new media opportunities and collaborate with social media influencers
  12. Generate monthly web traffic reports using Google Analytics and social media insights, providing recommendations for improvement
Listing Manager
  • Complete listing paperwork and input data into MLS, including photos
CMA's
  • Manipulate photos using Photoshop to select the best images for marketing
Listing Marketing
  • Communicate with sellers and gather feedback about the home from buyers
Transaction Coordination
  • Supervise all administrative duties from contract to closing for buyer and seller transactions
  • Manage vendors and prepare transaction booklets for buyers
  • Complete escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage documents
  • Schedule inspections and assist with negotiations and repairs
  • Ensure offers and counteroffers are executed smoothly
  • Verify documents for signatures and dates
  • Attend closing events and coordinate moving schedules
  • Input client data into the database, ensure file compliance, and track transaction activity
  • Organize filing systems and assist team members with contracts and title work
  • Adapt to team needs and support where necessary
  • Update MLS listings and assist with marketing materials
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2 years of office management or similar experience
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Real estate license preferred but not required
