This role involves delivering outstanding client service, supporting both existing and new clients within the Real Estate sector. You'll interact with clients, negotiate terms, and provide portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.
• Ability to service 'volume' business to SME businesses in the UK.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and support for new and existing business within the Real Estate Practice.
• Negotiate renewal terms/quotations and mid-term cover alterations.
• Complete Renewal Reports applying technical knowledge.
