Job summary

Apex Group Ltd. in Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Real Assets team with client administration and relationship management. You will report to a Manager, delivering high-quality services to a client portfolio while coordinating with advisors and third parties.

Hybrid working model is available; the role offers exposure to cross-jurisdictional work and regulatory compliance within a global business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Understanding of Jersey statutory laws and related regulatory requirements.
• Professional CGI qualification or studying towards CGI.
• Prior experience within the finance industry.
• Ability to mentor, develop and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop client relationships with key contact.
• Engage with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries.
• Support the administration team under the manager.
• Ensure SLA adherence and CSP implementation.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required by the business.
• Ensure client responsibilities are managed per deadlines and best practice.
• Lead and develop the junior team for property transactions and refinancing.
• Assist with due diligence and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor WIP and billing per fee agreements.
• Review outputs of the junior team for quality.
• Manage risk per Apex Group policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
