Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group Limitted is seeking a Concrete Batcher / Ready-Mix Plant Operator for a busy site in West London. You'll manage production from the plant control room, using computerised batching systems to ensure correct concrete mixes and timely deliveries. The role suits someone with batching experience or a capability to learn in a production environment.

Full training is provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am–5pm, with Saturday cover as required.

Qualifications

• Direct ready-mix batching experience is preferred but not essential.
• Training can be provided.
• Willing to work on Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Review scheduled concrete orders and track progress.
• Operate and monitor computerised batching systems.
• Coordinate with shippers, drivers and production teams.
• Ensure quality checks and accurate production records.
• Take ownership of batch quality and production consistency.
