Reading Specialist HLTA - Full Time, Temp to Perm

Start Date: September 2025

We are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Reading Specialist HLTA to support the pupils in making excellent progress in reading. This is a full-time, Temp to permanent role ideal for someone who is confident in delivering targeted literacy support.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience delivering Read Write Inc. interventions to help close attainment gaps

• Confidence in leading whole-class phonics lessons

• A strong understanding of early reading development and a commitment to raising literacy outcomes

• The ability to track progress and adapt interventions to meet individual needs
