Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of infrastructure and engineering projects in Worthing, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule and budget.

You will monitor performance, manage risks, and coordinate clients, designers and manufacturing teams while upholding CDM responsibilities and delivering safe, high-quality site work.

Qualifications

• Proven project management capability within infrastructure and/or engineering delivery environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills with MS Project.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor performance and flag risk proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently, using initiative, and supporting wider team delivery.
• Helpful understanding of electrical installations and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Take care of day-to-day project management from planning and forecasting through to change control and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor commercial performance, identify risks early, and keep clients, designers, and manufacturing teams aligned to drive smooth delivery.
• Support coordinators with routine tasks, ensuring teams understand scope, programme and updates.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, escalating key issues when required and supporting the development of new bids.
• With support from a Quantity Surveyor, maintain accurate reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The Role

You will have the following qualifications & experience
