England Golf in England is seeking a capable candidate to deliver training programs across England. The role is home-based with regular travel to cover the delivery of training across England and to attend meetings and events nationwide.
You will work from Woodhall Spa headquarters when needed and support England Golf’s inclusive values. The position requires strong organisational and presentation skills, with prior experience in project development, coaching or community development planning.
Salary circa £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependant on experience+ car cash allowance, employee assistance programme, private healthcare and/or health cash plan, 3x salary life assurance, enhanced pension and family policies, golf benefits, discount platform and up to 36 days annual leave (includes bank holidays and company days)

The post is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. This position is home based with regular travel to cover the delivery of training across England. This position is required to travel as necessary to meetings and events across England and regular visits as required to England Golf Headquarters (The National Golf Centre, Woodhall Spa).
