Job summary

Rapier Employment Limited is recruiting a Class 1 Driver to support a client in Witney. You will deliver to customer sites, follow clear delivery instructions and ensure loads are strapped securely. Trunking and UK haulage runs form part of the role, along with routine vehicle checks.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with AM or PM starts; candidates must have Cat C+E, CPC and Digi Card, plus 12 months Class 1 experience and no more than 9 points on their licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK Licence (Cat C+E) held for 12 months or more.
• CPC Card and Digi Card held.
• 12 months Class 1 experience required.
• No more than 9 points on driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to customer sites and follow delivery instructions.
• Ensure loads are strapped and secured correctly.
• Carry out trunking and UK haulage runs.
• Perform vehicle checks and report defects as required.

Role: Class 1 Driver

Shifts: Monday to Friday: AM (05:00-07:00 starts) and PM (16:00-18:00 starts)

Experience: 12 months of experience (Cat C+E)
