Job summary

Rapier Employment is seeking a Class 1 Driver for their client on a full-time, temporary basis in Swindon. The role involves trunking between Swindon and Oxford with 2–3 runs daily, and starts typically between 15:00 and 17:00, Monday to Thursday.

You will need a Full UK Licence (Cat C+E), CPC Card and Digi Card. Prior Class 2 or PCV experience is welcome but not essential, and new passes are considered.

• Make sure the correct amount of parts are loaded onto the vehicle

Rapier Employment seeks a Class 1 Driver for a well-known client in Swindon, paying £16.34 per hour on a full-time, temporary basis.

Working Monday to Thursday with starts between 15:00 and 17:00, you will complete two to three daily trunking runs between Swindon and Oxford.

Responsibilities

• verifying correct part loading
• performing vehicle and trailer checks
• reporting defects
• maintaining accurate paperwork

New passes are welcome, though prior Class 2 or PCV experience is ideal.

A full Cat C+E licence, CPC card, and Digi card are required.
