Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a Window fabricator in Witham for an on-site, temporary role. You will be measured against targets in a busy production team, assembling aluminium and UPVC frames, hanging components, and fitting gaskets to ensure the manufacturing schedule is hit efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be able to use a range of tools; previous window fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential, and a flexible approach to shift patterns is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in window fabrication is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to work to targets in a busy production team.
• Familiarity with hanging, beading, and gasket fitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hang, bead, and gasket fit aluminium and UPVC frames.

Job description

Our client, a well established company, is currently seeking a Window fabricator previous experience doors, windows and bi-fold doors would be advantageous, however this is not essential.

You will be working to targets within a busy production team, hanging, beading, gaskets of the aluminium and UPVC frames and ensuring the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.

A knowledge of being able to use a variety of different tools is required.

This will be an on-going temporary role for the right candidate. Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 2:30pm and Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm.
