Job summary

Tesco Night Shift Leader needed in Wishaw Belhaven Extra to drive smooth in-store operations and lead the team through night shifts. You will ensure excellent service, handle daily queries, and maintain store standards.

Applicants should have prior team leadership in retail, strong customer focus, clear communication, and flexibility to work nights. A minimum 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with additional hours possible and a night premium offered.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for
