CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker for Hampden Road in Wisbech to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. A clean UK manual driving licence is required to drive the service vehicle for appointments and trips.
The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Full training and structured induction are provided.

Hampden Road, part of The CareTech Group, is a supported living service comprising of 6 self-contained one bedroom flats for male individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disability and associated support needs.
Located within Wisbech Town Centre. They are currently in need of a support workers - 1 whom has a clean UK manual driving licence to drive the service vehicle for residents appointment and trips etc.
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
