Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join our busy in-centre dining operation. You will help bring our dining experience to life, greet guests, take orders, and serve in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires friendliness, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to peak trading periods. Weekend hours are included, and occasional barista tasks or tilling duties may be required.

• Must be friendly & confident for this customer facing role.
• Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.
• Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekend work.
• May be required to use a computerised tilling system.
• Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.
• Barista experience preferred but not essential.
