Job summary

British Garden Centres is seeking friendly Restaurant Team Members to join our busy restaurant and help bring our dining experience to life for guests. The role involves delivering great service, working as part of a team and using initiative, with weekend shifts and some busy periods.

Experience with a till system or barista skills are a plus, but not essential. We offer staff parking and staff discounts across our Garden Centres, Restaurants, and Leisure Park to support our team.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and confident for customer-facing role.
• Weekend hours required and flexible scheduling.
• May be required to use a computerised tilling system.
• Work well in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a busy restaurant.
• Assist with general restaurant duties and food service.
• Handle tilling system when required.
• Support peak trading periods with efficiency.

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to come and join our friendly Restaurant. Bringing our food and Restaurant to life for our guest to remember. Must be fully flexible, hours involve weekend work.

May be required to use a computerised tilling system.

Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant.

Must be Friendly & Confident for this customer facing role.

Be able to work on own initiative & as part of a team, able to adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading.

Weekends extra hours to cover holidays.

Barista experience preferred but not essential.
