This part-time, flexible role fits around other work or education. Pay is per audit, aligned with Real-Living-Wage rates, and audits are allocated in nearby batches by our Area Managers.

Job description

Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits to a range of sites. These audits can be to supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a specific purchase then reporting back on the experience. We also have opportunities focussed on customer service standards. We have opportunities for anyone aged 16+.

This is a part-time, flexible role, which is ideal to fit around other work or education. Pay is calculated on a per-audit basis, estimated to align with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with audits being allocated as a ‘batch’ which are nearby to each other. Our Area Managers liaise with Auditors to allocate suitable work, accounting for other commitments and travel limitations.
