Serve Legal is recruiting for an In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) with flex hours. The role involves visiting a range of sites, making a specific purchase and reporting on the experience, including whether ID is requested for age-verification audits.

This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around study or other work. Audits are allocated in batches nearby to you, with travel expenses covered where applicable and performance bonuses available for exceptional work.

Job description

In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) - flex hours

Serve Legal are recruiting compliance auditors to perform audits to a range of sites. These audits can be to supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a specific purchase then reporting back on the experience. We have opportunities for anyone aged 16+, but particularly require 18 and 19 year olds for age-verification audits, which involve buying age-restricted products and reporting if ID was requested.

This is a part-time, flexible role, which is ideal to fit around other work or education. Pay is calculated on a per-audit basis, estimated to align with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with audits being allocated as a ‘batch’ which are nearby to each other. There is no obligation to complete work consistently or regularly, and our Area Managers liaise with Auditors to allocate suitable work, accounting for other commitments and travel limitations.
