Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking part-time mystery shoppers to conduct audits at a range of sites across the United Kingdom. You’ll perform a purchase and report on the customer experience, with flexible hours that fit around education or other work commitments.

Audits are allocated in batches and may be near your location. Area Managers coordinate work and consider travel limitations, offering opportunities for travel and extra earnings through performance bonuses.

• Make a purchase as part of the audit and report on the experience.
• Coordinate audits with Area Managers and manage travel where applicable.

Job description

Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits to a range of sites. These audits can be to supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops and more, making a specific purchase then reporting back on the experience. We also have opportunities focussed on customer service standards. We have opportunities for anyone aged 16+.

This is a part-time, flexible role, which is ideal to fit around other work or education. Pay is calculated on a per-audit basis, estimated to align with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with audits being allocated as a ‘batch’ which are nearby to each other. Our Area Managers liaise with Auditors to allocate suitable work, accounting for other commitments and travel limitations.
