Job summary

BCT Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a large, modern prep centre for an experienced PDR Technician. You’ll repair a wide range of vehicles (typically under 6 years old) in a high-volume, well-equipped bodyshop. This is a permanent PAYE position with long-term stability and clear career progression.

Salary is up to £50,000 basic, with up to £23.37 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits including a company pension and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PDR/Dent Repair/Paintless Dent Removal specialist.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and methodical approach.
• Ability to work independently in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR).
• Repair minor dents, door dings and creases.
• Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible.
• Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate.
• Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements.
• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team.
• Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail.

The Role

As a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

£27,976 per annum (hourly paid + extra hours)
