Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Full High Speed Crews of Traffic Management Operatives with existing TM experience. Roles involve setting up and managing sites, briefing crews, and ensuring work is completed on time and to NHSS standards.

Candidates must hold Lantra TM qualifications, a valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points, and be eligible to work in the UK. Health and safety compliance, RAMS, and daily vehicle checks are required as part of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings and implement the 'Raising The Bar' standards.
• Report near misses and inform site/Operations Managers promptly.
• Work with your crew to meet quality work plans and deadlines.
• Read CAD Traffic Management drawings and ensure Chapter 8 compliance.
• Ensure safe working practices and complete RAMS and daily vehicle checks.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Full High Speed Crew of Traffic Management Operatives with existing Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients who is seeking specific Traffic Management crews that work well together. This is a rare opportunity to work within your existing crew without being interchanged.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB IPV FOREMAN/LTMO
• 12AB OPERATIVE
• TTMBC/ 12AB 1DAY
• 12AB IPV OPERATIVE
• 12AB FOREMAN/LTMO
• TTMBC/ 12AB 1DAY

Scope of Role:

Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties may include:

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
• Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
• Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
• Complete Risk Assessments.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.

• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
