Kids Planet Day Nurseries Walton on Thames is seeking an Outdoor Lead to join our nurturing team. You’ll deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS, both indoors and outdoors, helping children thrive and explore.

We offer accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave, meals, rewards, and a supportive central team. A Level 3 qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:

• A Passion for the Outdoors!!
• Must be at least Level 3 qualified.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
