Job summary

Pure Staff Ltd is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a Walsall-based role on a temp-to-perm basis. You will perform multi-drop deliveries to catering businesses, with start times around 06:00 and handling refrigerated loads requiring handball and load securing.

The ideal candidate holds a UK Category C/Class 2 licence, Driver CPC/DQC, Digital Tachograph Card, and has solid knowledge of load security and drivers’ hours. Pay is £16.50 per hour, with holiday pay accrued separately.

HGV Class 2 Driver - Walsall - £16.50 - Temp to Perm

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work with one of our valued clients based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 driver looking for ongoing work, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

The Role

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop work to catering businesses across your designated route. Start times tend to be 06:00am.

This role involves delivering refrigerated goods therefore candidates must be comfortable carrying out some handball, load securing and multi-drop delivery with a refrigerated vehicle.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring a professional attitude and excellent communication skills when representing both Pure Staff and our client.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this HGV Class 2 Driver position you'll need:
