Job summary

Qualifications

Pure Staff’s Driving Team are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to support one of our customers based in Worcester. Immediate starts are available for reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers.

This role involves general haulage deliveries to a variety of customer sites across the region. Drivers will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries, averaging 8-10 drops, delivering packaging supplies.

Day shifts are available Monday to Friday, with typical start times from 07:00 and average shift lengths of around 8-10 hours.

Rates for an HGV Class 2 Driver:

Monday to Friday (Days) = £16.00ph (+ holiday accrued) or £17.93ph (with holiday pay rolled up)

To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you will need:

• UK Category C Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
• Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks
• Previous multi-drop or palletised distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
