Job summary

Randstad CPE is assisting University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust in recruiting a part-time cleaner for Ulverston. The role is temporary with a Mon to Fri pattern and ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will have UK cleaning experience and be reliable and hard-working. Responsibilities include cleaning throughout the building, damp dusting, floor maintenance, vacuuming, cleaning public areas and toilets, waste disposal, and window/partition cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks throughout the building to standard using appropriate materials and methods.
• Damp dust furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Maintain floors including mopping.
• Vacuum cleaning of areas.
• Clean sanitary areas and public areas including toilets.
• Handle waste segregation, disposal of waste.
• Clean internal windows and partitions.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties include:

• To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
• Undertake the damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• To undertake maintenance of floors, including mopping
• To be responsible for vacuum cleaning of areas.
• Undertake cleaning of sanitary areas.
• Undertake the cleaning of Public Areas, including public toilets.
• Responsible for the segregation, removal and disposal of waste.
• Responsible for the cleaning of all internal windows and partitions
