Job summary

Randstad Education seeks a Mathematics Supply Teacher to cover Key Stage 3/4 maths across Torbay and surrounding areas, starting September 2026. The role offers autonomy and a healthy work-life balance with the ability to choose your own schedule.

You will deliver pre-set maths lessons, provide general subject cover on short notice, maintain a professional classroom, and ensure work is collected at session end with no long-term marking required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs are welcome to apply).
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the Secondary Mathematics curriculum.
• High level of adaptability to manage diverse classroom settings within Torbay and the surrounding areas.
• Possession of an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to complete this process.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
