Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker (Driver) to support adults in their own homes in Tonypandy. A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance are essential as you will travel between clients’ homes during your shift.

The role offers mileage at 55p per mile, paid travel time and flexible agency shifts. DBS and SCW registration may be required, with ongoing training and development provided.

We are looking for reliable and experienced agency Domiciliary Care workers, who are passionate about supporting others. A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and valid business insurance are essential for this role, as you will travel between clients’ homes during your shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to adults in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining independence.
• Support clients with mobility, moving and handling, and the safe use of equipment such as hoists where required.
• Administer medication where trained and authorised.
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support to promote wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
• Travel between client visits using your own vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months’ UK care or support work experience.
• Previous experience within domiciliary care, residential care, nursing homes, supported living, or community care.
• Experience with moving and handling and the use of equipment such as hoists.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance (essential).
• Social Care Wales (SCW) registration, where applicable.
