Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited in Thatcham is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator to join a growing manufacturing business. You will set and operate CNC press brake machinery, read engineering drawings and produce high-quality folded components to specification.

This permanent full-time role offers weekly pay (£15.00-£17.50 per hour), overtime at 1.25x, and a pension; you will work Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00 and Friday 7:00-15:00, with RTW in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a growing manufacturing business in Thatcham. The role involves setting and operating CNC press brake machinery, working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality components to specification.

Salary: £15.00-£17.50 per hour, depending on experience

Role Type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Overtime: Available at 1.25x

Pay: Weekly - every Friday

Right to Work: RTW in the UK required

About the Role
