Major Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to cover shifts within the community, in care homes, hospitals and across County Durham. Whether you’re seeking full-time hours or occasional shifts, day and night positions are available to suit your requirements.

You’ll help ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents, deliver personal care, assist with meals, support mobility, engage residents in activities, and report concerns to the shift leader.

Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or occasional shifts we have day and night positions available to suit your requirements.

What you'll be doing;

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents
• Undertaking all aspects of personal care
• Assisting with food and fluid intake
• Helping residents mobilise safely around the home
• Engaging with residents and participating in activities
• Reporting any concerns to the shift leader (Senior Carer, Nurse etc)
