Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting a Ward Staff Nurse to support our consultant-led ward on an ad-hoc hours basis across Tees Valley, aligning shifts with patient needs and hospital demand.

You will be registered with the NMC, bring post-registration experience, and be a flexible, motivated team player who communicates clearly, collaborates across departments and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Post-registration nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to be flexible and work ad-hoc shifts in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker
• Join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward
• Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs
• Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
• Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities
• Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care
