The role includes working alongside treatment teams, supporting progression to sustainable employment, and receiving full IPS training and ongoing support.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll support people in substance use treatment to identify their strengths, achieve their employment goals and find meaningful paid work. You’ll provide tailored job-search support, build relationships with local employers and work alongside treatment teams to help people find and sustain employment. Full IPS training and ongoing support will be provided.
