We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, an reputable automotive specialist garage located in Swanley. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional eager to develop further within a recognised business that values skill, stability, and high-quality workmanship.

Benefits of the Vehicle Technician:

• Salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, with potential to increase through performance-based bonuses
• Uncapped bonus structure starting at 10%, based on productivity and hours sold
• Working hours from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.30am to 2.30pm on Fridays
• 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
• Access to the workshop for personal vehicles, including family cars
• Use of workshop facilities at leisure, including the opportunity to participate in company track days at venues such as Brands Hatch
• Parts provided at cost price
