Finance Assistant Salary: NJC Scale 5, Point 11 – 15 £32,070 - £33,987 FTE Hours: 36 hours per week, full time (flexibility may be considered for the right candidate – minimum of 30 hours per week).
The Trust is seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant who will have a sound knowledge of the financial workings of budget monitoring, accounting techniques and production of reports. The successful candidate will support the Finance Team in maintaining the Trust’s accounting systems, the ability to maintain computer-based and paper-based information with speed and accuracy is essential to this role.
Applicants must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages which will be tested at interview. Experience of working with SIMS and in the education sector is desirable.
