Morgan Hunt UK Ltd in the Kidderminster area is seeking a Young Person's Progression Coach to help young people build confidence, develop independence and work toward a positive future. This role is 18.75 hours per week on a rota basis, with shifts Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and a 7-day rolling rota, offering £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay and a Temp-to-Perm path.
You will work closely with young people as a key worker, building trust, encouraging positive choices and supporting education,
