Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting a Progression Coach to join a service in the Kidderminster area, supporting young people to overcome challenges and develop life skills. This role offers a 18.75-hour week across a 2-day working pattern, with a 7-day rolling rota and early mornings.
You will work closely with young people as a key worker, building trusting relationships, encouraging positive choices and helping them progress education, training and future pathways.

Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm

You’ll work closely with young people to:
