Job summary

Social Care & Education are recruiting experienced Support Workers to assist young people aged 16–18 transitioning from children’s services into semi-independent living.

You will help with daily living tasks, promote independence and emotional wellbeing, support education, appointments and community engagement, and maintain accurate records while following safeguarding procedures and working with external professionals.
