Job description

WAREHOUSE / SALES ASSISTANT– Combined Role

This varied role combines warehouse duties with customer facing sales responsibilities. You will assist with the day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing and preparing flooring products for customer deliveries and installations. This role also involves loading & unloading heavy flooring materials.

Within the showroom, you will welcome and assist customers, offering advice and information on our extensive range of carpets and flooring products. You will prepare quotations, calculate measurements and costs, process payments and organise deliveries, measure and fitting appointments. Maintaining accurate records and updating our in-house systems and related paperwork.
