Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the power and energy infrastructure procurement programme. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, tendering, and establishing framework agreements to support ED3 bids and mobilisation.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier engagement, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, and governance across regional delivery areas. Hybrid working is available with travel to Stevenage and other hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tendering exercises in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong capability in supplier evaluation, price structuring and contract negotiations.
• Proven ability to establish and manage framework agreements and governance structures.

Senior Procurement Manager - Power & Energy Infrastructure

Rate: Up to £600 per day

Start Date: 9 November 2026

Contract End: 12 November 2027

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to support our client on its overhead lines and energy infrastructure programme.

This is a long-term contract opportunity to lead strategic sourcing, supply chain engagement and tendering activity, establishing robust framework agreements to support ED3 bids and mobilisation.

Key responsibilities:

• - Lead tendering exercises and establish strategic framework agreements.
• - Manage supplier engagement, commercial evaluations and contract negotiations.
• - Compare full subcontract packages against labour-only delivery models.
• - Work with technical, operational, ESG and legal teams to develop tender-ready documentation.
