Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited in Staveley is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, companionship and dignity. This ongoing role offers progression to permanent for successful candidates with an hourly rate starting at £12.71 and rising to £13.33 after 13 weeks.

You will follow care plans, deliver personal care, and maintain logs, while upholding empathy, patience, and excellent communication with residents and colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

For this role, you must have;

• A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
• A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one upfront
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or we can assist you to access online training platforms.
• Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years
• A passion to make a difference

Shift Times are:-

• Days 0700 to 1430.
• Other shifts are available on request.

The hourly rate starts at £12.71 rising to £13.33 once you have completed 13 weeks.
