Avanti House Secondary School is seeking a Deputy Premises Manager to support a safe, well-maintained environment and oversee daily premises operations alongside the Site Manager.
You will coordinate Premises Officers, caretaking and cleaning teams, conduct inspections, monitor maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards and safety across the site.
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Premises Manager to support the delivery of a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment at Avanti House Secondary School.
Working closely with the Site Manager and colleagues across the school, you will play an important role in overseeing day-to-day premises operations, coordinating maintenance and supporting our premises and cleaning teams. You will also help ensure that the school meets the required health and safety and compliance standards, while supporting contractors and responding effectively to maintenance and operational needs.
With your practical approach, strong organisational skills and facilities management experience, you will help create an environment where pupils and staff can learn, work and thrive.
