Avanti House Secondary School in Stanmore is seeking a Deputy Premises Manager to help run a safe, well-maintained environment for pupils and staff. You will work with the Site Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate premises teams and external contractors, and help ensure safety standards and compliance are met.

Working closely with the Site Manager and colleagues across the school, you will play an important role in overseeing day-to-day premises operations, coordinating maintenance and supporting our premises and cleaning teams. You will also help ensure that the school meets the required health and safety and compliance standards, while supporting contractors and responding effectively to maintenance and operational needs.
With your practical approach, strong organisational skills and facilities management experience, you will help create an environment where pupils and staff can learn, work and thrive.
