St Michael’s Hospice is recruiting a Health Care Assistant to join our In Patient Unit. You will support nurses and the multidisciplinary team in delivering compassionate, dignified end-of-life care to patients and support to families.

St Michael’s Hospice supports and enables the community of Hastings and Rother to live well with dying, death and loss. Our services are provided via in-patient beds and at home and we also offer Wellbeing support, both out-patient and virtual.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible Health Care Assistantto join our In Patient Unit.

As a key member of a skilled interdisciplinary team, you will support the holistic needs of patients, their families and carers. Working alongside our Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will deliver the highest standards of service, including compassionate and dignified care for patients at the end of life and those closest to them, ensuring that personal goals and priorities are fulfilled.
