Co-op Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a store shift, lead a small team, and help deliver essential services to the community, with potential duties in post office or bakery and support for online services and home delivery drivers.
You will motivate and coach staff, work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, drive merchandising and stock accuracy, and champion Co-op membership while building trusted local connections.
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, full time
Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview.

Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You'll keep our shelves stocked and support sales, helping us offer even more choice and exciting new services to our customers. You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you'll be a champion for Co-op membership, helping to drive the growth of our unique business.
